Step 1 — After Payment Confirmation

After your payment is confirmed, your assigned Patient First Concierge will contact you within 24 hours to:

• Confirm your preferred clinic location (Makati or Quezon City) and schedule
• Provide preparation instructions if required
• Give you a Reference Number for your appointment
   

If you are purchasing this package for someone else, your Concierge will contact you first, then coordinate scheduling and preparation instructions directly with the patient.

Step 2 — Visit the Clinic

• Arrive at your chosen clinic on the scheduled date and time with your Reference Number and valid ID
• Your paperwork and tests are prepared before arrival to help reduce waiting time
• Complete your laboratory tests in one coordinated clinic visit

Step 3 — Receive Your Results

• Results are released through official clinic channels within the stated turnaround time
• Doctor follow-up may be recommended depending on results

Important reminders before you place your order:

• This is a prepaid health service. No physical items will be shipped. Services are redeemed at the clinic during your scheduled visit.
   
• Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of payment confirmation.
   
• All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed.
   
• Packages can be transferred to another person or exchanged for another package of equal value within the validity period.
   
• Online health packages are already offered at special package pricing. Senior Citizen discounts, PWD discounts, and HMO coverage do not apply.
   
• Some packages require preparation such as fasting. Preparation instructions must be followed for accurate results.
