• Mild gastrointestinal symptoms may recur when progressing to a higher dose — oral support medications are included for this
• Blood sugar and metabolic markers should be regularly monitored, particularly for patients with diabetes or metabolic conditions
• Your doctors will assess your response and determine the appropriate next step in your program

• A personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
• Severe gastrointestinal conditions including gastroparesis
• A history of pancreatitis
• Current use of insulin or other GLP-1 receptor agonist medications, unless cleared by your doctor
• Pregnancy or plans to become pregnant during the program
• Breastfeeding

Step 1 — Complete Pre-Screening (Required Before Purchase)Before purchasing, you will need to complete a short pre-screening process at one of our clinics (Makati or Quezon City).
Contact us to schedule a consultation with our doctors. Complete the required diagnostic tests. Your doctor reviews all results and, once cleared, prescribes your Mounjaro program.

Step 2 — Purchase & Begin Your Program
Once cleared, purchase your Mounjaro program online. Your Concierge will coordinate your injection schedule and clinic appointment. Your first injection is administered by our medical team at the clinic.

Step 3 — Monitoring and Support
A check-in is included within your 4-week program period, covering vital signs, a brief interview, and a side effect assessment with your healthcare provider. Your Concierge is available throughout your program if you have questions or experience any side effects between appointments.

Important reminders before you place your order:

•  This is a prepaid health service. No physical items will be shipped. Services are redeemed at the clinic during your scheduled visit.

•  Valid for 3 months from the date of payment confirmation.

•  All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and a prescription has been issued.

•  Programs may be transferred in full to one other eligible individual, subject to completion of their own pre-screening. Programs cannot be split or shared across multiple recipients.

•  Special online pricing applies — Senior Citizen discounts, PWD discounts, and HMO coverage do not apply.
