What is available at the Pharmacy?
Prescription medicines
Maintenance medicines for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Antibiotics, antivirals, and pain medicines. Corticosteroids, inhalers and nebulizer solutions, plus the skin creams and eye drops prescribed by a doctor.
A valid prescription is required.
Over-the-counter medicines
Paracetamol, ibuprofen, and mefenamic acid. Medicines for cough, colds, and allergies. Antacids, anti-diarrheal medicines, oral rehydration salts, and laxatives. Antiseptic creams, ointments, and burn gels.
Vitamins and Supplements
Multivitamins, zinc, calcium, and iron, plus probiotics, omega-3 fish oils, and joint supplements.
Vaccines
Flu, Pneumococcal, and Hepatitis B, Anti-rabies, Tetanus Toxoid, Tetanus Immunoglobulin, and MMR vaccines, given by qualified clinic staff after a doctor's check.
Weight management medicines
GLP-1 injectables (tirzepatide, semaglutide), available with a doctor's prescription.

Every prescription at Pharmacy by Patient First is dispensed by a licensed pharmacist. Before you leave the counter, the pharmacist checks your prescription, explains how and when to take each medicine, and looks for interactions or duplicate medicines you may already be taking.
When a generic equivalent is available, the pharmacist lays out the options that match your doctor's prescription, so the choice between branded and generic is yours to make.
Because the pharmacy sits inside the clinic, the pharmacist can confirm a dose or a substitution directly with the physician who wrote the prescription.
Medicines are stored, handled, and dispensed following Philippine FDA regulations, including the controls that apply to prescription-only medicines.
