Step 1 — Complete Pre-Screening (Required Before Purchase)
Before purchasing, you will need to complete a short pre-screening process at one of our clinics (Makati or Quezon City).

Schedule a consultation with one of our doctors, booked and paid separately. Complete the required diagnostic tests — existing laboratory results dated within the last 3–4 months may be accepted in lieu of new tests. Your doctor reviews all results and, once cleared, prescribes your Mounjaro 2.5mg & 5mg — 8-Week Program.

If you are purchasing this for someone else, your Concierge will contact you first, then coordinate scheduling directly with the patient.

Step 2 — Purchase & Begin Your Program
Once cleared, purchase your Mounjaro program online. Your Concierge will coordinate your injection schedule and clinic appointment. Your first injection is administered by our medical team at the clinic.

Step 3 — Monitoring and Support
A check-in is included within your 8-week program period, covering vital signs, a brief interview, and a side effect assessment with your healthcare provider. The transition from 2.5mg to 5mg in Week 5 is reviewed by your doctor as part of this monitoring. Your Concierge is available throughout your program if you have questions or experience any side effects between appointments.
Important reminders before you place your order:

• This is a prepaid health service. No physical items will be shipped. Services are redeemed at the clinic during your scheduled visit.

• Valid for 3 months from the date of payment confirmation.

• All purchases are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and a prescription has been issued.
