Orthopedic Surgery

Bone and joint treatment for injuries and arthritis.

Orthopedic Consultations Without the Wait

Bone, joint, and muscle problems don’t always require a hospital visit. At Patient First Medical Clinic and Diagnostics Center, our Orthopedic doctors provide walk-in consultations for injuries, movement limitations, and joint pain—plus select outpatient procedures and follow-up care.

What Is Orthopedics—and When to See a Specialist

Orthopedic Surgery (or simply Orthopedics) focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal problems—conditions affecting bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles. While not all cases require surgery, orthopedic specialists assess the full range of movement and injury-related concerns.

You may need an orthopedic consultation if you have:

  • Joint or muscle pain (shoulder, knee, hip, etc.)

  • Back pain or posture-related issues

  • Swelling or stiffness after activity

  • Minor fractures or sprains

  • Difficulty with mobility or physical function

  • Sports-related injuries or repetitive strain

Many cases can be managed conservatively with rest, medication, physical therapy advice, or minor outpatient interventions.

Conditions and Injuries We Assess and Manage

Our orthopedic doctors can help with:

  • Muscle strains and ligament sprains

  • Tendonitis or repetitive use injuries

  • Mild scoliosis and postural imbalance

  • Bursitis and joint inflammation

  • Frozen shoulder and rotator cuff issues

  • Early-stage arthritis or joint degeneration

  • Fracture follow-up and conservative care

  • Gait disturbances or flat feet (pediatric and adult)

For chronic pain or recurring joint problems, our doctors will create a care plan that may include exercises, medication, or referral to  Rehabilitation Medicine for physical therapy support.

Consult with Our Orthopedic Doctor

A timely orthopedic consultation helps prevent further damage and supports better long-term mobility. Whether your concern is a new injury or an old issue that’s worsening, our doctors are here to evaluate and advise.

They’ll examine your range of motion, pain points, and medical history, then guide you on the best course of action. Most cases are managed in-clinic, but referrals to imaging or surgical centers are provided when necessary.
